We say, "why today!" or "I didn't need this today." as if tomorrow it would be better suited, or maybe next week. Would there, or could there, be some magic little wand one could shake with frustration that would change the course of our day from sighs to something more convenient. What causes us to react so, when these things happen from time to time in our lives? Something today can make you want to swear, yet the same thing happening next week would cause you to only shake your head and continue on with your day. Could it be our reaction to events, more than the actual events?
How we see things from one moment to the next can affect our whole day. Consider how you react to this or that, can it have a profound meanings later in life or affect someone else intensely? As human beings, (yes we are human aren't we?), we sometimes do not consider tomorrow when faced with now, this moment. If only we could see the ripple effect of one moment to the next. But
there is no crystal ball. All we can do, is our best at the time, no more than that. And when the "why today" moments occur, remember we are just that, human. When the "I don't need this TODAY!" happens, consider this, would it really be more convenient tomorrow? Or would next week fit your schedule better? Chances are that no, "why today of all days", it wouldn't be better, because it isn't the moment itself, it's how we react to the moment. We can't do more than we can do, we can only try to be the best in this moment, and handle the next moment when it happens.
May love surround you, may peace be your comfort, and life your joy.
